摘要

人表皮生长因子受体3 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 3，HER3) 是I型跨膜酪氨酸激酶受体，在多种肿瘤中表达上调。此文就HER3的结构特征、HER3与肿瘤的关系以及抗HER3抗体的抗肿瘤作用进行简要综述。

Abstract

Human epidermal growth factor 3 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 3, HER3) is a type I transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptors. HER3 gene expression is up-regulated in a variety of tumors. This article briefly reviews the structural characteristics of HER3, the relationship between HER3 and tumorigenesis and anti-tumor effect of antibody against HER3.
