Although immune system of premature infant (PI) is immature, antibodies produced by vaccination can provide short- and long-term protection and induce immune memory in the large majority of PIs. PIs can be inoculated related vaccines according to routine immunization schedules. This review is discussed immune system and immunization of PIs, and immune responses to a kind of vaccines in PIs.
