摘要

 目前乙型肝炎疫苗通过肌肉注射方式接种,虽然具有很好的乙型肝炎预防效果,但依从性差。而鼻内接种生物利用度高,依从性好,被认为是替代注射接种最可行的途径。此文对鼻内接种型乙型肝炎疫苗的递送系统和免疫增强剂的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

 The currently marketed hepatitis B vaccine is given by intramuscular injection. Although injectable vaccines have good consequences in preventing hepatitis B, the compliance is poor. Nasal immunization, with high bioavailability and good compliance, appears to be the most feasible alternative to injection. This review focuses on the progress in nasal delivery system and immunopotentiator of hepatitis B vaccine.
