摘要

 手足口病是一种主要由柯萨奇病毒A组16型(coxsackievirus A16,CVA16)和肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)引起的全球性传染病,婴幼儿最容易受病毒感染。疫苗接种是控制手足口病的主要措施。与EV71疫苗相比,CVA16疫苗的研究相对滞后,但EV71疫苗的顺利研发促进了CVA16疫苗的研究。此文就我国CVA16灭活疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗、亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗以及CVA16与 EV71联合疫苗的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract

 Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is one of the global epidemic diseases, which is mainly caused by coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) and enterovirus 71 (EV71). Young children are easily infected by these pathogens. Vaccination is very important for HFMD prevention. The development of EV71 vaccine is faster than that of CVA16 vaccine. However, the development of EV71 vaccine promotes the research of CVA16 vaccine. In this paper, the research progress of CVA16 inactivated, virus-like particle, subunit and DNA vaccines as well as combined CVA16 and EV71 vaccine in China is reviewed.
