摘要

 葡萄糖调节蛋白78(glucose regulated protein 78 kD,GRP78),属于热休克蛋白70家族中的一员,在正常细胞中低/不表达,而在多种恶性肿瘤细胞(肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、头颈癌、肝癌等)中呈高表达,提示GRP78与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,这在肿瘤治疗方面存在潜在的应用价值。此文对GRP78结构、GRP78与肿瘤发生发展的关系、基于GRP78的靶向治疗等方面进行了探讨。

Abstract

 Glucose regulated protein 78 kD(GRP78) is a member of the heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) family. GRP78 has no/ low expression on the normal cells and over-expression on malignant tumor cells, suggesting that GRP78 is closely related to tumor occurrence and development and may have potential application in cancer therapy. This paper discusses the structure of GRP78, its relationship with tumor occurrence and development, targeted therapy based on GRP78, and so on.
