摘要

CD40配体是肿瘤坏死因子超家族中的一员，主要活化T细胞表面的共刺激分子，特别是CD4+ T细胞。CD40配体通过与其受体CD40的相互作用，在诱导机体产生免疫应答中起重要作用。此文就CD40L配体的结构和功能以及在病毒DNA疫苗和肿瘤治疗中的应用作一综述。

Abstract

CD40 ligand (CD40L), a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily, costimulatory molecules on T cells surface, especially CD4+ T cells. CD40L plays an important role in immune response in human through the interaction between CD40L and its receptor CD40. This paper discusses the structure and function of CD40L and its application in viral DNA vaccine and tumor therapy.
