摘要

 免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)M作为血液循环中的主要抗体之一, 与IgG共同参与中和抗原和促进抗原吞噬等重要的体液免疫反应。富含IgM的免疫球蛋白制剂在临床上主要用于抗细菌感染,尤其是革兰阴性菌引起的脓毒症的预防和治疗。由于IgM较难纯化,从而限制了富含IgM的免疫球蛋白制剂在临床上的广泛应用。此文主要对IgM的特点及研究进展做一概述。

Abstract

 As one of the main antibodies in the blood circulation,IgM combined with IgG plays a very important role in neutralizing antigen and enhancing antigen phagocytosis in the humoral immune response. Immunoglobulin preparations rich in IgM are mainly used for anti-bacterial infection,especially prevention and treatment of sepsis caused by gram-negative bacteria. Due to difficulty in IgM purification,wide use of IgM-rich immunoglobulin preparations in clinic is limited. In this review, characteristics and research progress of IgM are described.
