摘要

 白细胞介素35(interleukin-35,IL-35)为IL-12家族的新成员,是由p35和Ebi3以共价键相结合形成的异源二聚体,主要通过抑制Th17细胞分化和促进调节性T(Treg)细胞增殖在多种疾病的免疫调控中发挥免疫抑制作用。iTr35细胞为IL-35诱导产生的一种新型诱导性Treg细胞亚群,具有长期的功能稳定性。因此,iTr35细胞和IL-35在免疫调控中具有重要作用。

Abstract

 IL-35 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of covalently bonded p35 and Ebi3. It is a new member of IL-12 family. IL-35 plays a suppressive role in the immune regulation of multiple diseases through expanding regulatory T cells proliferation and inhibiting Th17 cell differentiation. iTr35 cell, which is induced by IL-35, is a novel subset of induced regulatory T cell, and has long-term functional stability. Thus iTr35 cell and IL-35 have important roles in immunoregulation.
