人乳头瘤病毒（human papillomavirus, HPV）是诱发宫颈癌、导致女性死亡的主要原因。随着对HPV的基因结构，主要表达蛋白及致病机制的深入研究，多种不同类型的相关疫苗已进行了动物实验或临床试验。此文对HPV相关疫苗的设计思路和研究进展做一综述。

 Human papillomavirus(HPV) is a leading cause of cervical cancer and the related death of women.With the study on gene structure,primary expressed proteins and pathogenic mechanism of HPV, several kinds of vaccines have been studied in animal experiments or clinical trails. This review summarizes the research progress of  HPV and design idea of the its related vaccines .
