随着现代生物技术的发展，重组蛋白疫苗、合成肽疫苗等新型疫苗不断涌现，迫切需要安全有效的佐剂来增强其免疫原性。水包油型乳剂是新型佐剂中的一个研发热点，如MF59和AS03已在欧盟和美国获批用于人用疫苗，且均被证实具有良好的效果和可靠的安全性。此文就水包油型佐剂的研究进展做一综述，以期为开发高效、低毒的新型佐剂提供参考。

With the development of modern biotechnology, new vaccines like recombinant protein vaccine and synthetic peptide vaccine are emerging, all requiring safe and effective adjuvants to enhance their immunogenicity. Among new adjuvants, oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant is a new hotspot, such as MF59 and AS03 approved for human use in European countries, which can enhance immune response and are well-tolerated. This review focuses on research progress of oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant in order to provide reference for the research of new adjuvants with high effectiveness and low toxicity.
