摘要

目的  探索温度和光照强度对疫苗有效性监测卡(vaccine vial monitor,VVM)的影响,为VVM在疫苗存储、运输和使用环节的应用提供保障。方法  模拟实际运输储存环境,将VVM分别存放在同一温度不同光照强度、同一光照强度不同温度、及室外高温强光照条件下,测定VVM的光密度(optical density,OD)差值,根据其变化确定温度与光照对VVM颜色的影响。结果  VVM贴于疫苗瓶后,环境温度和光照均对其OD值有影响。VVM在高温和强光照环境下存放,OD差值出现明显下降。结论  生产厂家在使用VVM时,除温度外还应考虑光照条件,以确保VVM能真实反映疫苗的储存运输状况。

Abstract

Objective  To explore the influence of temperature and lighting conditions on the color of vaccine vial monitor (VVM), in order to safeguard VVW application during vaccine storage, transportation and usage. Methods  In simulation of actual environment, VVM was kept under same temperature with different light intensities, under same light intensity with different temperatures, and under harsh condition of outdoor high temperature with strong illumination. Color change was observed by measuring optical density (OD) change of VVM to test the effect of temperature and lighting. Results  After VVM was attached to vaccine vial, its OD value was affected by both temperature and illumination, and significantly reduced by high temperature and strong illumination. Conclusion  When using VVM, the manufacturer should consider both temperature and lighting conditions, to ensure VVM objectively reflect the storage and transport conditions of vaccine.
