摘要

基因芯片技术作为一种高通量的基因检测方法，在微生物检测方面的应用越来越多，具有很好的应用前景。此文主要对基因芯片技术的基本原理以及在临床微生物学中的应用进展做一综述。

Abstract

DNA chip, for its high content, sensitivity and specificity, has been extensively used in detecting microbe sand shows a very useful applicable foreground. This paper mainly describes the mechanism and the application progress of DNA chip in clinical microbiology.
