摘要

此文对人乳头瘤病毒(human papilomavirus，HPV)的分类与型别、结构与功能、致病机理、流行病学研究、与人类肿瘤的关系等方面进行了详尽阐述，分析了人体感染HPV后的免疫应答情况，并概述了预防和治疗HPV感染的免疫学策略及预防性HPV疫苗的研究现状。

Abstract

In this paper, the classification, type, structure and function, pathogenesis, epidemiology of human papilomavirus (HPV) and its relationship with cancers are introduced. The mechanism that HPV triggers immune system is discussed, and the immunological strategies to prevent and treat HPV infection, as well as current progress in research of HPV vaccines are reviewed.
