摘要

 严重急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome, SARS)是由 SARS 相关冠状病毒(SARS-associated coronavirus,SARS-CoV) 引起的一类严重的急性呼吸系统传染病。目前尚未研制出治疗SARS的有效药物,防范SARS-CoV感染最有效的方法是使用疫苗。正在研制的SARS疫苗有灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗和DNA疫苗等,这些疫苗在动物模型中取得一些进展,有的已进入人体试验。此文就近几年有关SARS疫苗的研发现状做一综述。

Abstract

 Severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)is a serious infectious disease caused by SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV). There are no approved antiviral drugs that effectively target SARS-CoV, and vaccination is the most effective mode for preventing SARS in people. At present, SARS vaccines, including inactivated vaccines, attenuated vaccines, subunit vaccines and DNA vaccines, etc., are being developed. Progress has been made in animal models, and some of the vaccines have entered clinical trials. In this article, the current state of SARS vaccine development is reviewed.
