摘要

乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗接种者中约有5%～10%的接种者呈现乙肝疫苗无/低应答。影响机体对乙肝疫苗应答的因素包括遗传因素、机体免疫功能、个体一般因素、疾病感染及不良生活习惯等。

Abstract

Of hepatitis B vaccinees, there are about 5%-10% non/low-responders. Several impact factors of non/low-response to hepatitis B vaccines include hereditary factors, immune function of human body, individual general factors, diseases, infection and bad habits.
