Malignant tumors are a serious diseases which threaten human health, and there are no completely effective treatments at present. Therapeutic methods for tumors have showed diversification with the development of medical and biological technology, and tumor vaccines as one kind of treatment strategies are increasingly concerned. This article reviews research progress in tumor vaccines.
