摘要

脐带血干细胞（umbilical cord blood stem cells，UCBSC）移植是最有前景的干细胞移植之一。目前，UCBSC在肝脏疾病方面所作的基础实验研究显示，UCBSC 可在体内外大量扩增并诱导分化为有肝功能的肝细胞样细胞。UCBSC 移植治疗与肝脏疾病的关系，由于相关的临床应用研究较少，目前还没有确切定论。此文就 UCBSC 移植治疗肝脏疾病作一综述。

Abstract

Umbilical cord blood stem cells (UCBSC) transplantation is one of the most promising stem cell transplantation. Currently, basic experimental studies of UCBSC in liver
diseases have shown that UCBSC can be greatly amplified and induced to differentiate into functional hepatocyte-like cells in vivo and in vitro. The relationship between treatment of UCBSC transplantation and liver diseases has not yet been determined, because there are few relevant studies on clinical application. In this paper, UCBSC transplantation for treatment of liver diseases is reviewed.
